HelicopterDeals provides aviation tourism consultancy, helicopter experience coordination, and aerial service advisory for tourism and corporate clients in South Africa. We do not operate aircraft, sell tickets, or act as a direct carrier. All flight operations are conducted by licensed third-party operators.
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting advisory or coordination services. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including aviation safety regulations and travel restrictions. Misrepresentation of passenger details or intended use of services may result in immediate termination of our engagement.
HelicopterDeals acts solely as an intermediary and advisor. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or any loss arising from the acts or omissions of third-party operators, weather conditions, or force majeure events. Our total liability for any claim arising from our advisory services is limited to the fee paid for that specific engagement.
All content, reports, itineraries, and recommendations provided by HelicopterDeals are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit these materials without our prior written consent.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with seven days' written notice. In the event of a material breach by the client, HelicopterDeals may terminate immediately. Upon termination, you must return or destroy any confidential materials provided during the engagement.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall first be addressed through mediation in Cape Town. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to the appropriate South African court.
